快速卷帘门的结构由: 控制系统、动力系统、门框架、门布、安全防护5部分组成。
1、 控制系统：采用变频器，PLC编程，实现各种自动功能，通过变频技术使门体升降速度可调快慢(0.3-1.2m/s)，编程实现门体缓启动、缓停止、双门互锁，设备连锁，等功能，通过附加设施增加各种开启方法：雷达感应开启，地磁感应开启，遥控开启，光电开启，门禁刷卡开启，拉绳开启，按钮开启等。
2、 动力系统：采用进口或国产X品牌快速门X电磁刹车电机，配涡轮蜗干减速机，实现理想的开启速度，电源电压220V/380V，功率0.55-3.0kw，电机转速1380转/min.
3、 门框架：采用X质宝钢产镀锌板加工成型，滑道料厚度2.0-2.5mm，或2.0mm不锈钢(304)加工成型，也可选3.5mm抗氧化处理的铝合金滑道。以上三种材质供客户选择。滑道内镶有防尘毛刷。
4、 门布：采用进口聚录乙烯涂层布，厚度0.8-1.2mm，多种颜色可选：桔红、桔黄、黄色、蓝色、浅灰色、白色等，门布具有双面自洁功能，解决灰尘、油污难除的问题。门布特性，具有B1阻燃，防水、X的特性，适应温度：-30+600C,抗撕裂强度600N/600N(经/纬)拉伸强度：4000/3500(经/纬)，剥离强度100N/5cm，门布中间可配透明视窗。门布链接采用铝合金连接杆，具有链接门布，抗风压的作用，底部采用U型布兜，可与不平低面紧密结合。
5、 安全防护：滑道底部安装红外线安全装置，同时帘布底端可选装安全碰触装置，门体下落时阻断光线，或门体碰到人、货物后自动反弹，确保人、物免受伤害。
