产品描述:玖城牌冲压拉伸油是以精制矿物油、减摩剂、极压抗磨剂等多种添加剂组成。具有较高的油膜强度和较低的摩擦系数，适合对防锈有特别要求的钢板、冷轧板、镀锌板、表面处理钢的立体拉伸成型，产品加工后有一定的防锈期，免去防锈工序，容易清洗。

能X减少工件与模具的摩擦，降低磨损。
有助于金属的滑动，利于成型。
高温状态下具有良好的热稳定性。
具有良好的光洁功能，提高加工精度，保护模具，延长模具寿命。

JCStamping tensile oil is composed of refined mineral oil, antifriction agent, extreme divssure antiwear additive and so on.With high oil film strength and low friction coefficient.It is suitable for solid stretch forming of steel plate, cold rolled sheet, galvanized sheet and surface treated steel with special requirements for rust divvention.After product processing, there is a certain rust divvention period, which eliminates avoid antirust process and is easy to clean.

It helps the sliding of metal, which is beneficial to forming.
It has good thermal stability at high temperature.
It has good function of clean, improves machining accuracy, protects moulds and prolongs the service life of dies.
