TC6钛棒#两相钛合金TC6钛合金供应
TC6钛合金特性及应用：是一种具有复杂显微组织结构的两相钛合金。拥有密度低、强度高、耐腐蚀等X点，但其材料成本昂贵，难以进行锻造加工成形。
普通退火状态TC6钛合金在300℃/5000h以下具有良好的组织和性能稳定性，不同温度瞬时拉伸、蠕变、持久等高温性能与双重退火和等温退火状态相当。经普通退火处理的TC6钛合金半成品可以满足飞机结构件的使用温度(300℃以下)要求。
TC6钛合金化学成分：铁(Fe)0.2～0.7,钼(Mo)2.0～3.0,铬(Cr)0.8～2.3,铝(Al)5.5～7.0,硅(Si)0.15～0.40,碳(C)≤0.10,氮(N)≤0.05,氢(H)≤0.015【TC6】含钛(Ti) 余量,

主要含有a稳定元数，在室温稳定环境下基本为a相的合金，如工业纯钛（TA0、TA1、TA2、TA3）和TA7（Ti-5AL-5Sn）。a钛合金主要应用于石化、化工和加工工业，在这些工业中X先要考虑的是合金的耐磨性和可加工变形能力，TA钛合金把含钯合金TA9和含少量的钼和镍合金TA10为X选。
